This type of formwork is typically equipped with a transport carriage, a concrete distribution system, and wall vibration, either electric or pneumatic. All movements are managed by a hydraulic system that facilitates and speeds up maneuvers while ensuring the safety of operators.

We are capable of producing forms for precast tunnel segments with variable dimensions and thicknesses. These forms are manufactured using specialized construction systems that include the re-annealing of materials and mechanical processing on CNC machines to ensure compliance with the strictest dimensional tolerances.

Forms for pouring retaining walls or boxed forms on both surfaces up to heights of 6 meters and more, with floor anchors. These structures can be motorized and equipped with hydraulic cylinders to facilitate positioning. The forms for pouring thick ceiling slabs are fitted with motorized transport carts. These machines can be equipped with wall vibrators, either electric or pneumatic.

We offer for rent the most common types of forms for the on-site pouring of tunnel linings. This service includes round-trip transportation as well as assembly and disassembly, ensuring that the formwork is delivered ready for use.
