For bridge and viaduct decks

Formworks for the construction of large-span box girders with full section, either post-tensioned or pre-tensioned. We have manufactured formworks for girders up to 50 meters long, 16 meters wide, and weighing 1500 tons. Our production features end plates with a capacity of 5000 tons. Properly equipped machinery can produce one girder every two days. All movements are carried out through a dedicated hydraulic system that ensures quick maneuverability and operator safety.

Equipment for casting in place segments of viaducts for large-span bridges, with or without stays. Special attention is given to the sizing of these machines, as their weight affects the overall cost of the bridge. Typically, they consist of box sections with one or more cells. The advancement of the outer formwork occurs independently of the inner formwork. Movements are managed by a hydraulic system designed to ensure maximum safety for operators as well as maximum efficiency of the equipment.

We manufacture formworks for various types of girders, which can have different sections depending on the required span and the specific needs for which they were designed. Typically, one piece of equipment produces one segment per day. The technique known as ‘match-cast’ can be implemented in both short-line and long-line configurations. Our experience stems from the production of over 200 formworks of this type.

We design and manufacture formworks for any type of girder: pre-tensioned, post-tensioned, I-shaped, T-shaped, box girder, monolithic, or segmental, customizable in both length and height. The opening and closing of the formwork are managed through a dedicated hydraulic system. These formworks can be equipped with electric or pneumatic vibration at the customer’s request.

Formworks for the production of monorail girders. Our formworks are flexible and allow for the production of both straight and curved girders with a radius of up to 50 meters. All movements are managed by a hydraulic system. These formworks can be equipped with external vibrators, either electric or pneumatic, depending on the customer’s requirements. Thanks to a software developed by us, configuring the formwork in its correct position is very quick. The reduced setup times, combined with our production scheme, enable the casting of one girder per day per equipment.
