Formwork
For prefabricated buildings

Formworks for footings

Formworks for monolithic or open footings, where the component can be cast in a normal or inverted position. These are very simple and easy-to-use tools that can be equipped with wall vibrators, either electric or pneumatic, based on the client’s requirements.

Formworks for columns

Single or multiple formworks for producing columns with square, rectangular, or polygonal sections, with or without brackets, on one or more sides, at one or more levels. These formworks can vary in complexity depending on the required performance. Such formworks can be equipped with wall vibrators, either electric or pneumatic.

Beam formwork

We produce formworks for every type of beam: pre-stressed or reinforced with conventional steel, with external or self-reacting end plates. Typically, these formworks consist of a base and removable sides. To facilitate stripping, some parts of the system move using hydraulic cylinders, ensuring the safety of the operators as well as the durability of the formwork itself. These formworks can be equipped with wall vibrators, either electric or pneumatic.

Fixed tables and tilting tables for panels

We produce fixed tables and tilting tables in the required dimensions. The tilting tables can be raised using a dedicated hydraulic system or a portal crane. Typically, these tools are equipped with adjustable sides to accommodate the different geometries of the components to be produced. These sides are secured mechanically or by means of permanent magnets. The tables can be equipped with wall vibrators, either electric or pneumatic.

Vertical molds for panels

Multi-pocket battery formworks for the production of panels with variable height, length, and thickness. The number of pockets depends on the required productivity. Vertical casting is preferable when there is a need to have both faces finished against the formwork, even with a matrix. Advantages include reduced formwork footprint, casting speed, and precise and consistent thickness of the component. The opening and closing movements of the formwork are managed by a dedicated hydraulic system. The batteries can be equipped with wall vibrators, either electric or pneumatic.

Formworks for roof tiles

Formworks for flat or pitched roofing elements, with or without pre-stressing. These formworks can be self-reacting or have external end plates and can have variable geometry for producing components whose dimensions vary according to project specifications. They are characterized by significant hydraulic movements for geometry changes and for the operations of assembly and disassembly. They are designed on a case-by-case basis according to the specific needs of the client and can be equipped with wall vibrators, either electric or pneumatic.

End plates

We produce end plates to support the tensioning of cables used in pre-stressed components. The tensioning line consists of a fixed end plate and a movable one, equipped with hydraulic cylinders for the safe management of relaxation operations. We have manufactured end plates with capacities of up to 5000 tons.

Self-reacting formworks

Self-reacting formworks for the production of pre-stressed components, equipped with a structure suitable for supporting their load. These machines are easily movable from one site to another and can be placed on standard flooring. These formworks can be equipped with electric or pneumatic vibrators.

Accelerated curing

All our formworks can be equipped with systems to accelerate the curing times of concrete, thereby freeing the equipment for subsequent casting in the shortest possible time. Accelerated curing is achieved by applying heat to the formwork and insulating it to limit heat loss, for example, by covering it with insulating tarps.

Formworks for slabs

Formworks for slab elements, flat or ribbed, with two or more ribs. These are equipment that can extend in length over 100 meters. They typically produce pre-stressed components and can have external or self-reacting end plates. They are variable geometry formworks to adapt to changes in span and load requirements and are characterized by significant hydraulic movements to facilitate section changes and assembly and disassembly operations. They are custom-designed based on the specific needs of the client and can be equipped with wall vibrators, either electric or pneumatic.
